GoutTrack

Gout flares feel random. They usually aren't.

GoutTrack helps you find your trigger — not a generic purine list off the internet.

How it works

1 · Log a flare

Which joint, how bad it is, when it started. A few seconds, while you are dealing with it.

2 · Log what you had

Beer, shellfish, red meat, sugary drinks — or anything you add yourself.

3 · See what actually precedes a flare

GoutTrack looks at what came before your flares and tells you what it found.

The part most trackers get wrong

A food that shows up before four of your flares looks damning — until you notice you eat it twice a week and nothing happens.

GoutTrack counts both sides: how often a trigger came before a flare, and how often you had it with no flare after. When something looks more like a habit than a pattern, it says so plainly.

A tracker that only shows you the alarming half sends you chasing the wrong thing.
